Who we are

PaceyTips shares football and horse racing betting tips through Telegram and this website. You can contact us by messaging @paceytips on Telegram.

18+ only

PaceyTips is only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over. We remove accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18.

Tips are opinion, not a guarantee

• Our tips are our opinion based on prices and form at the time of posting. No result is guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future results.
• We are not a bookmaker and do not take bets. If you choose to bet, you do so with your own licensed bookmaker and at your own risk.
• Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop — free, confidential help is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, BeGambleAware, GamCare, and you can self-exclude with GAMSTOP.

Using your account

• Your account is for you — don't share your login.
• Don't copy or resell Premium bets outside Premium.

We can remove Premium access or accounts that break these rules.

Premium subscriptions

• What you get: access to the PaceyTips Premium Telegram channel and the members app for as long as your subscription is active. We may change what's included.
• Price and renewal: the weekly or monthly price shown when you subscribe, taken at the start of each period. It renews automatically until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you.
• All payments are final. When you subscribe you ask for your access to start straight away and confirm that you lose your right to cancel for a refund once it has (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). So we don't give refunds, including for part-periods — except where the law says we must (for example if we don't provide the service).
• Stopping renewals: any time, from Subscription in the app (it opens your Whop membership page), or message @paceytips. It stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, our payment provider will retry for a short time. If it still can't be taken, the subscription ends and your Premium access is removed.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop (whop.com). We never see or store your card details.
• Subscribing gets you our tips and opinions — it is not a bet, and no results are guaranteed. 18+ only.

Some members were given access directly by us before subscriptions opened; that access continues as agreed with us.

Spin for 10% off

The spin on the join page is free and needs no purchase. It's open to people aged 18 or over who are logged in with Telegram and don't already have a Premium subscription. Each Telegram account gets one spin every 6 hours. PaceyTips staff accounts aren't part of the promotion: they can spin without limits to test it, and that doesn't change anyone else's chance.

Every spin has the same 1 in 25 chance of winning, decided by our server at random when you spin. The wheel has 25 equal segments and one of them wins, so it shows the real chance. Nothing about you or your past spins changes the odds.

A win gives you a code for 10% off the first payment of a new Premium subscription. The code works once, for one new member, and expires 7 days after you win. It can't be swapped for cash. One unused winning code per account at a time. We may end or change the spin at any time; codes already won stay valid until they expire.

What we collect

When you log in with Telegram, Telegram shares with us:

• your Telegram user ID, first and last name, username, and a link to your profile photo.

We also store:

• the date you confirmed you're 18 or over;
• your Premium status, and — if you subscribe — your plan, its status and renewal date, and the customer reference our payment provider gives us;
• a login session, so you stay logged in;
• a record of each time you log in or try to (the time, whether you were let in, and whether it was from a phone, tablet or computer), kept for 180 days, and which days you used the app — so we can run the service and spot misuse. We don't record your IP address or location.

We never receive your phone number, your Telegram messages or your contacts.

Why we use it

To run your account, give Premium members access to Premium bets, take subscription payments, keep the service safe, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are performing our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in running a safe community.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you use PaceyTips. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by messaging @paceytips.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. It's held on our own servers; the website runs through Cloudflare, which processes traffic to keep the site secure and online. Subscription payments are handled by Whop, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser remembers that you've confirmed you're 18+. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Message @paceytips. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
